Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hypedrive handles personal data when you use the Platform — this website and the Hypedrive Creator mobile app for iOS and Android. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and only collect what we genuinely need to run the marketplace.

1. What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, date of birth, address, and the social handles you connect.
• Purchase data — order screenshots and the details we read from them to confirm a genuine purchase against a brand's listing.
• Photos you give us — in the mobile app you can attach proof photos from your camera or photo library. We ask for camera and photo access only when you choose to add a photo, and we receive only the images you pick — never your wider photo library.
• Payout details — bank account or UPI ID, and, where required for tax, your PAN.
• Campaign activity — content you submit, approvals, and earnings history.
• Notification token — if you allow notifications, the mobile app registers a push token so we can send you campaign and payout updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
• Diagnostics — if the app crashes or errors it sends us a crash report so we can fix it. These include the device model, OS version and app version.
• Usage data — device, browser and privacy-friendly analytics (no advertising cookies).

2. Why we use it

• To verify purchases, approve content, and pay out cashback and bonuses;
• To run fraud and abuse checks that keep payouts honest for everyone;
• To provide support and send service messages about your account and campaigns;
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations in India.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not post to your social accounts on your behalf.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary, with: the brand on a campaign you join; our payment and KYC providers to process payouts; and service providers bound by contract. We may disclose data if required by law.

Two services that support the mobile app run on our own servers rather than a third party's: crash and error reporting, and delivery of the notifications you see in the app. Your diagnostics and notification data stay within Hypedrive infrastructure and are not sold or used for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law thereafter.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can access and correct your personal data; request deletion; withdraw consent for optional processing; and raise a grievance at support@hypedrive.app.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and fraud monitoring to protect your data.

8. Children

Hypedrive is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will reflect any change, and we'll flag material changes in-app or by email.
